FieldPower Hypergravity

FieldPower Hypergravity Jump Training is a special and extremely functional form of weight training, where the resistance force is increased through increasing acceleration, not mass.
Why is this so important ?
Force = Mass * Acceleration
The unique effects of Hypergravity Jump Training on performance
In contrast to weights, with increased acceleration one has to perform faster and be more explosive. The overload is present throughout the whole movement, eccentric and concentric, at low and high velocity.

The resistance delivered by a normal elastic (short) cord, FieldPower, or weights is not the same. The faster you move, the more resistance of the weight fluctuates, with high force peaks. The resistances of the short elastic cord (2 meter) and FieldPower are not depending on the movement speed, but the variation of force is high in short elastic cords. With FieldPower the resistance stays almost constant.
Immediate effects on performance
The immediate effects after one set of Hypergravity jumps are more Explosivity, higher maximal Force, higher maximal Power and increased jump height. Muscle tonus is increased, therefore FieldPower is used also in preparation of a training or competition.

Immediate improvements as measured with a force platform on explosivity (RFD), speed of movement, force, power, and jump height.
The effect on injury prevention
Hypergravity forces the muscles to activate earlier and more, thus improving functional stability to ankles, knees and hips, so you have more control and the risk of injuries is lowered.
Use in rehab, elderly, and youth
The hypergravity effects are also achieved without jumping, one can perform any movement. There are no unwanted resistance peaks, so hypergravity training is a safer way of training, suitable for all levels and all ages.
